(d) <br /> <br /> (1) It is not a commercial vehicle; and <br /> <br /> (2) It does not contain any visible lead, indicating a <br /> product or service of delivery, in the truck bed while <br /> parked; and <br /> <br /> (3) It has its tailgate (if any) secured in an upright <br /> position (except when loading or unloading); and <br /> <br /> (4) It contains no self-contained camping unit; and <br /> <br /> (5) It has no more than two wheels per axle; and <br /> <br /> (6) It is parked in the immediate vicinity of the place of <br /> residence of the registered owner; and <br /> <br /> (7) There is no lawful off-street parking available at the <br /> residence of the registered owner; and <br /> <br /> (8) It does not exceed six and one-half feet (6 1/2") in <br /> height (including accessories) or eighteen feet (18~) in <br /> length; and <br /> <br /> (9) There is a current City truck permit parking sticker <br /> lawfully issued to the truck and affixed to the left side of <br /> its rear window. <br /> <br />A City truck permit parking sticker shall be issued provided: <br /> <br /> (1) The vehicle owner applies with the Finance <br /> Department for a truck permit parking sticker; and pays <br /> a twenty five dollar ($25.00) application fee, in addition <br /> to lhe required annual fee; and <br /> <br /> (2) A twenty-five dollar ($25.00) annual fee is paid; <br /> however, if there are less than six (6) months remaining <br /> in lhe year, the fee shall be reduced to twelve dollars <br /> and fifty cents (S12.50); and <br /> <br /> (3) Proof of current and lawful state vehicle registration <br /> is submitled with the application; end <br /> <br /> (4) Prior to initial approval of the truck and residence, <br /> the City staff verified 1he unavailabilily of lawful off-street <br /> parking and that the truck complies with the provisions <br /> in paragraph (c). <br /> <br /> <br />
