advance by the Fire Chief, are customarily paid at the rate of time and one-half (1-1/2) of <br />base pay. Compensatory time may be granted by the Fire Chief with accumulation not <br />to exceed 480 hours. Hours worked, including vacation hours, between 204 and 216 <br />hours, in any one cycle shall be compensated for, in addition to their regular rate, at one- <br />half (1/2) of that employee's regular hourly rate. <br /> <br /> Section 3. A) From and after June 30, 1993, initially payable July 16, 1993, Fire <br />Captains, Paramedic Fire Captains, Firefighters and Paramedic Firefighters shall receive <br />compensation for ten (10) years consecutive City service, excepting military leave of <br />absence, in their present classification in the following amounts, from the eleventh (1 lth) <br />year through the fifteenth (15th) year: <br /> <br />In Pay Grade Monthly Amount <br />11A Firefighters $50 <br />11 M Paramedic Firefighters $50 <br />16A Fire Captains $57 <br />16M Paramedic Fire Captains $57 <br /> <br /> B) From and after June 30, 1993, initially payable July 16, 1993, Fire Captains, <br />Paramedic Fire Captains, Firefighters and Paramedic Firefighters shall receive <br />compensation for fifteen (15) years consecutive City service, excepting military leave of <br />absence, in their present classification in the following amounts, from the sixteenth (16th) <br />year through the twentieth (20th) year: <br /> <br />In Pay Gr~tde Monthly Amount <br />11A Firefighters $88 <br />11 M Paramedic Firefighters $88 <br />16A Fire Captains $102 <br />16M Paramedic Fire Captains $102 <br /> <br /> C) From and after June 30, 1993, initially payable July 16, 1993, Fire Captains, <br />Paramedic Fire Captains, Firefighters and Paramedic Firefighters shall receive <br />compensation for twenty (20) years consecutive City service, excepting military leave of <br />absence, in their present classification in the following amounts, from the twenty-first (21 st) <br />year: <br /> <br /> <br />
