BILL NO. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED BY COUNCILMEMBER WAGNER <br /> <br />$239 ORDINANCE NO. 6023 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF <br />THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, RELATING TO GARBAGE, REFUSE AND <br />WEEDS, BY REPEALING SECTION 14-44 THEREOF, RELATING TO DROP <br />DAY FEES: CONTAINING A SAVING CLAUSE. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Chapter 14 of the Municipal Code of the City of University City, <br />relating to garbage, refuse and weeds is hereby amended by repealing Section <br />14-44 thereof, relating to drop day fees. <br /> <br /> Section 2. This ordinance shall not be construed so as to relieve any person, <br />firm or corporation from any penalh/heretofore incurred by the violation of Section <br />14-44, nor bar the prosecution for any such violation. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
