(1) Definitions. <br /> <br />Bag: A disposable refuse container constructed of two-ply <br />paper with wet strength and an approximate capacity of thirty <br />(30) gallons capable of a loaded weight up to fifty (50) pounds <br />without undue leaking or splitting. <br /> <br />Cart: A reusable, portable container with a capacity of sixty <br />(60) to one hundred (100) gallons, complete with wheels, <br />handles, hinged, tight-fitting lid, and compatible with existing <br />City equipment for mechanical lift and dump. <br /> <br />Mechanical Bo)c. A reusable, stationary container with capacity <br />of ane and one-half (1 1/2) cubic yards or greater, and <br />compatible with existing City equipment for mechanical lift and <br />dump. <br /> <br />(2) Schedule of refuse rates. All rates are on a monthly basis to be <br />billed in no greater than six-month increments.
