purchaser, transferee or assignee of the Property so long as the <br /> Property is used for the uses permitted in the Redevelopment Plan <br /> and in this Agreement as now or hereafter from time to time <br /> amended. In no event shall the partial tax relief and abatement <br /> conferred exceed fifteen (15) years starting with the date of the <br /> first year of such tax relief and with respect to the Property, <br /> regardless or ownership or transfer. <br /> <br /> (f) Nothing contained herein shall constitute the <br />UCRC's representation or warranty as to the availability or <br />applicability of tax abatement under the provisions of Section <br />353.110 R.S.Mo., 1986, as amended, and the UCRC shall in no event <br />be liable to the Developer or any other party claiming by or <br />through the Developer due to the failure of the benefits of such <br />tax abatement to be deemed applicable to the Property. <br /> <br /> (g) Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of <br />Paragraph 6 hereof, the parties further agree, Understand and <br />intend that any rights which Developer, its heirs, successors or <br />assigns may now or hereafter acquire under Section 353.110 <br />R.S.Mo. 1986, as now or hereafter amended, are expressly limited <br />by this Paragraph and all subsections hereof. Developer <br />expressly waives any and all rights it may have to claim any <br />exemption from the payment of general ad valorem taxes upon the <br />Property pursuant to Section 353.110 R.S.Mo., for periods of time <br />or for amounts beyond the period and amounts detailed in this <br />paragraph.
