Vernon Avenue: On the north side thereof from a point 500 Feet west of <br />Ferguson to 66th Street, between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on <br />every day of the week except Sunday and holidays. <br /> <br />Washington Avenue: On the north side thereof on Wednesday only and on <br />the west side thereof on Monday only, from Delmar Boulevard to Olive <br />Boulevard, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon. <br /> <br />Westgate Avenue: On the east side thereof on Wednesday only and on the <br />west thereof on Monday only, from Delmar Boulevard to Olive Boulevard, <br />between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon. <br /> <br />Westmoreland Drive: On both sides from Big Bend Boulevard to Williams <br />Avenue between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on every day of the <br />week except Saturday, Sunday and holidays. <br /> <br />West Point Court: On both sides thereof from University Drive to Pershing <br />Avenue between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 11 :DO a.m. on every day of the <br />week except Saturday and Sunday. <br /> <br /> Section ?. This ordinance shall not be construed so as to relieve any person, <br />firm or corporation from any penalty heretofore incurred by the violation of Section <br />21-133, nor bar the prosecution for any such violation. <br /> <br /> Section 3. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of <br />this ordinance, shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalty provided <br />in Chapter 1, Section 1-8 of the Municipal Code of the City of University City. <br /> <br /> Section 4. An emergency is hereby declared to exist in that additional <br />parking on Delmar Boulevard is needed immediately.
