and sell Intoxicating liquor under the provisions of the license on that day <br />from 1:0[] p.m. until the time which would be lawful on another day of the <br />week, notwithstanding any provisions of law to the contrary. <br /> <br />Any person licensed to sell intoxicating liquor under this article, who is <br />licensed under the provisions of Section 311.097 RSMo (restaurant bar) or <br />311.293 RSMo (package liquor) to sell intoxicating liquor between the hours <br />of 1 I:00 a.m. and midnight on Sunday, may apply to the finance director for <br />a license to sell intoxicating liquor on Sunday. A licensee under this <br />subsection shall pay to the finance director an additional fee of $300 a year <br />for the privilege of selling intoxicating liquor on Sunday, payable at the same <br />time and in the same manner as its other license fees. <br /> <br />Any person licensed to sell intoxicating liquor on Sunday pursuant to <br />subsection 6 of this section may be open for business and sell intoxicating <br />liquor between 1:00 p.m. and midnight on Sunday, notwithstanding any <br />provisions of law to the contrary. <br /> <br /> Section ?. This ordinance shall not be construed so as to relieve any person, firm or <br />corporation from any penalty heretofore incurred by the violation of Sections 4-22 or 4-51, <br />nor bar the prosecution for any such violation. <br /> <br /> Section 3. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this <br />ordinance, shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalty provided in Chapter <br />1, Section 1-8 of the Municipal Code of the City of University City. <br /> <br /> Section 4.
