From and after June 26, 1996, initially payable July 12, 1996, the City <br />employees withing the classified service of the City, hereinafter designated, shall receive <br />as compensation for their services such amounts as may be fixed by the City Manager in <br />accordance with the Civil Service Rules and Pay Grade Schedule A, included herein, and <br />not less than the lowest amount and not greater than the highest amount set forth in <br />Schedule B.
