BILL NO. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED BY COUNCILMEMBER LIEBERMAN <br /> <br />8297 ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />6079 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 34 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF <br />THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, BY CHANGING THE <br />CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY, HEREINAFTER <br />DESCRIBED, AT OR NEAR514 AND 518 NORTH & SOUTH FROM SR <br />(SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) TO PD (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT), <br />AS SET FORTH IN SECTION 34-9 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE, BEING <br />THE UNIVERSITY CITY ZONING CODE. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Chapter 34 of the Municipal Code of the City of <br />University city (University City Zoning Code) divides the City into <br />several zoning districts, and regulates the character of buildings <br />which may be erected in each of said districts, and the uses to <br />which the buildings and premises located therein may be put; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission, after a hearing, reviewed <br />the classification of the property herein described and recommended <br />the rezoning of said property to PD (Planned Development); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, due notice of a public hearing to be held by the City <br />Council in the City Council Chambers at City Hall at 7:30 p.m., <br />September 30, 1996, was duly published in the St. Louis Countian, <br />a newspaper of general circulation within said City on September <br />12, 1996; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said public hearing was duly held and the matter of <br />the zoning change was thoroughly discussed. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Chapter 34 of the Municipal Code of the City of <br />University City, Missouri, relating to zoning is hereby amended by <br />changing the classification of the following described property at <br />or near 514 and 518 North & South, from SR - (Single Family <br />Residential) to PD (Planned Development): <br /> <br />Lot 4 in Block 4 of Delmar Heights according to the plat <br />thereof recorded in Plat Book 14, pages 34 and 35 of the <br />St. Louis County Records (514 North & South). <br /> <br />The above described tract having a St. Louis County <br />locator number of 18K620735; and <br /> <br />Lot 5 in Block 4 of Delmar Heights according to the plat <br />thereof recorded in Plat Book 14, pages 34 and 35 of the <br />St. Louis County Records (518 North & South). <br /> <br />~he above described tract having a St. Louis County <br />locator number of 18K620812. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
