convenient to carry out and comply with the intent of this Ordinance with the <br />provisions of the Redevelopment Agreement and to execute and deliver for and on <br />behalf of the City all additional certificates, documents, agreements, notes, <br />obligations, or other instruments as may be necessary, desirable, convenient, or <br />proper to carry out the matters herein authorized. <br /> <br /> Section 3: Issuance ofTIF Obligations. Pursuant to the TIF Act and the <br /> <br />Redevelopment Agreement, the City reasonably expects to reimburse the Developer for <br />redevelopment pr~ect costs (as that term is defined in section 99.805(11) of the <br /> <br />Act) incurred pursuant to the Redevelopment Agreement and in furtherance of the <br />Plan and the redevelopment project for the Project Area with monies deposited from <br />time to time in the Special Allocation Fund established by Ordinance No. 6089. As <br />evidence of the City's obligation to reimburse the Developer, the City expects to issue, <br />and does hereby authorize the issuance of TIF obligations (as that term is defined in <br />section 99.805 (5} of the TIF Act}, the maximum aggregate principal amount of which <br />shall be $2,551,500.00 as set forth in and in accordance with the Redevelopment <br />Agreement. This Ordinance is a declaration of official intent under Treasury <br />Regulations Section 1.103-18. This Ordinance shall be available for inspection by the <br />general public within 30 days of the adoption hereof, and shall remain available for <br />public inspection on a reasonable basis at least until the date on which the TIF <br />obligations are issued by the City to evidence the City's obligation to reimburse the <br />redevelopment project costs. <br /> <br /> Section 4: Severability. The sections, paragraphs, phrases, clauses, <br /> <br />and words of this Ordinance shall be severable.
