BILL NO. <br /> <br />8309 <br /> <br />INTRODUCED BY COUNCILMEMBER SCHOOMER <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />6091 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE COMPENSATION TO BE PAID <br />TO THE RECREATION DIVISION DIRECTOR FROM AND AFTER <br />DECEMBER 25, 1996; CONTAINING AN EMERGENCY <br />CLAUSE. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. From and after December 25, 1996, initially payable January 11, <br />1997, the Recreation Division Director, an employee within the classified service of <br />the City of University City, shall no longer be compensated according to Pay <br />Grade 11. Instead, the Recreation Division Director shall receive as compensation <br />for her services such amounts as may be fixed by the City Manager in accordance <br />with the Civil Service Rules and within the monthly base pay step range of $2,652 <br />to $3,347 for Pay Grade 15 employees as set out in Schedule A in University City <br />Ordinance No. 6061. <br /> <br /> Section ?.
