This correlates to the education level of the population of the City. <br />According to the 1990 census 41% of the population 25 years or older have four year college degrees or more <br />advanced education. As a result, 70% of the employed population are managerial, professional, technical, <br />sales or retail support occupations. <br /> <br /> Per Capita Income.
