The approved routing of <br />this sewer line goes through a portion of the City owned property, located <br />between Vernon Avenue and the River of D~s Peres channel, in a location <br />for which MSD does not currently have an easement. In order to obtain the <br />construction permit from MSD, the appropriate easements must be in place. <br /> <br />We respectfully request that the City grant an easement to MSD in <br />accordance with the enclosed document. We are in the process of granting <br />similar easements to MSD over the shopping center. <br /> <br />Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated as the <br />contractor is prepared to proceed with the sewer construction.
