BILL NO. ~,,~,~ ~ ORDINANCE NO. b lob <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AN ADDITIONAL TAX FOR THE PARKVIEW <br />GARDENS SPECIAL BUSINESS DISTRICT SO THAT THE ADDITIONAL TAX ON <br />THE REAL PROPERTY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1997-98 SHALL BE EIGHTY-FIVE <br />CENTS ($.85) PER ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($ 100.00) ASSESSED <br />VALUATION; AND CONTAINING AN EMERGENCY CLAUSE. . <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section I. There is hereby levied upon the real property, subject to taxation in the Parkview <br />Gardens Special .Business District, an additional tax on the real property of the said District for the fiscal <br />year 1997-98 in the amount of EIGHTY-FIVE CENTS ($.85) per ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS <br />($ 100.00) assessed valuation. <br /> <br /> ~z~-'tion 2.
