BILL NO. ~',~ ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC, BY REPEALING SECTION 21-137 THEREOF, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 5572, ENACTED OCTOBER 20, 1986, RELATING TO THE DESIGNATION OF PARKING METER ZONES, AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS *SECTION 21-137. PARKING METER ZONES -DESIGNATED"; CONTAINING A SAVING CLAUSE AND PROVIDING A PENALTY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Chapter 21 of the Municipal Code of the City of University City, relating to motor vehicles and traffic, is hereby amended by repealing section 21- 137 thereof, as amended by Ordinance No. 5572 enacted October 20, 1986 relating to the des~gnation of parking meter zones, and enacting in lieu thereof a new section to be known as "Section 21-137. Parking meter zones--designated"; so that sold section, as so amended, shall read as follows: Section 21-137. Parking meter zones-designated. There is hereby established in the City of University City designated parking meter zones which shall include the following streets or parts of streets: 7one A Gannon Avenue: The south side from the alley east of North and South Boulevard to Nodh and South Boulevard. 7one B Delmar Boulevard: Both sides from Harvard Avenue to the east City limits. 7one C End.aht Avenue: Both sides from Kingsland Avenue to Heman Avenue. Enri.aht Avenue Lot: Public parking lot between the north line of Enright Avenue and a point 46' north thereof, and bounded by Kingsland Avenue and Syracuse Avenue. Gannon Avenue: The south side from the alley west of North and South Boulevard to North and South Boulevard. Heman Avenue: East side thereof from Delmar Boulevard to Enright Avenue.
