Any vehicle parking in <br />parking meter Zone D .-.'.....~ under a permit Issued under this division shall not <br />be subject to the penalty provided herein. <br /> <br />Section 3. <br /> <br />Chapter 21 of the Municipal Code of the City of University City, <br />relating to Motor Vehicles and Traffic, is hereby amended section 21- <br />150.1 "Closing time on municipal parking lots," by amending said <br />section so as to add a designation for the Delmar Parking Garage. <br /> <br />Section 21-150.1 Closing time on municipal parking lots: exceptions <br /> <br />Municipal parking lot #1 '~(:~3~0:L~._,, ~ <br />Delmar Boulevard shall be closed for public use from 2:30 am <br />to 6:00 am every day of the week. <br /> <br />Section 4. This ordinance shall not be construed so as to relieve any person, firm <br />or corporation from any penalty heretofore incurred by the Violation of Section 21- <br />145., 21-149. and 21-150.1. nor bar the prosecution for any such violation. <br /> <br />Section 5. Any person, firm or corporation Violating any of the provisions of this <br />ordinance, shall, upon conviction there, be subject to the penalty provided in <br />Chapter 1, Section 1-8 of the Municipal Code of the City of University City. <br /> <br />Section 6.
