Land Development Standards <br /> <br />to ensure that the necessary measures are taken to <br />solve the problems created by unsuitable land condi- <br />tions. <br /> <br />2. Construction Testing: <br /> <br />The Director of Public Works may require that the <br />developer take concrete cylinder or core samples and <br />have laboratory tests conducted on same, and present <br />same to the Director, for street and sidewalk pave- <br />ments to ensure compliance with design and construc- <br />tion requirements. <br /> <br />29-51.11 Permanent Markers <br /> <br />1. Survey Monuments: <br /> <br />Survey monuments shall be placed at all subdivision <br />boundary comers, at all street comers, and at angle <br />points and points of tangency of curves on one side of <br />each street. Said monuments shall be constructed in <br />accordance with the Standards of Missouri Board for <br />Architects, ProJ~ssional Engineers and Land Survey- <br />ors and Department of Natural Resources. <br /> <br />2.
