That fractional parts of any unit of weight or measure shall mean like fractional parts of the value of such unit as prescribed or defined in sections 618.020 and 618.030 of this chapter, and all contracts concerning the sale of commodities and services shall be construed in accordance with this requirement. 618.680 Licensing of Solid Fuel Business; Copartnerships and Corporations. Before any person shall engage in the solid fuel business, he shall make an application for a license or renewal of a license, in writing, to the Supervisor of Weights and Measures, five days prior to the issuance of the license. Such application shall set out, under oath, the following information: (1) The name under which the dealer intends to do business; (2) The address of the yard and separate sales office, if any; (3) Whether the business shall be conducted as an individual, co-partnership or corporation; (4) The full name and residence address of the applicant, if an individual, the names and residence addresses of all panners if a co-pannership; and the names and addresses of all officers, if a corporation; (5) The names of all bonded weigh-masters who have been appointed in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter; (6) A list of the equipment to be used in the business, such as storage facilities and the make and capacity of scales. In the case ofa co-pannership or corporation, all delivery tickers and advertising must carry the name of the licensed firm; and if co-pannerships or officers of a corporation operate .separately, under their individual names, separate licenses shall be required. 618.690 Equipment. No license required by this chapter to operate a solid fuel business shall be issued to any person, firm or corporation tim does not possess proper equipment for the operation of the solid fuel business within St. Louis County. Such equipment shall consist of a yard with reasonable storage facilities therefor, an office and a platform scale of sufficient capacity to weigh loaded delivery vehicles used in the business. Each licensec may operate one yard and if desired, a separate sales office, which must be operated under the identical name and ownership. WTAO(Rev)-20
