Rev. 1987 <br /> <br />618.700 <br /> <br />Licensee's Name on Vehicles. <br /> <br /> Each vehicle used for the delivery of solid fuels shall display on both sides of the vehicle the name of <br />the licensec, which shall be primed in plain figures and letters not less than three (3) inches in height, and shall <br />be kept in such condition as to be easily distinguishable and readable at a distance of at least sixty (60) feet <br />at all times. <br /> <br />618.710 <br /> <br />License - Cost o£ <br /> <br /> The Supervisor of Weights and Measures shall procure the necessary license application blanks and <br />license forms for the licensing of any person, firm or corporation engaged in the solid fuel business in St. <br />Louis County. The fee for issuing a license shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for the original license and <br />twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for all renewals thereof. Each license must be renewed annually. <br /> <br />618.720 <br /> <br />Gasoline, Fuel Oil and Liquid Petroleum Measuring Devices To Be Tested - How <br />Often. <br /> <br /> The Supervisor of Wrights and Measures shall have the power to inspect and test, to ascertain if they <br />are correct, all measuring devices or other instrumentalitites used by any person, firm or corporation: <br /> <br />(a) Selling Gasoline and motor vehicle furls at retail in the County in quantities aggregating more <br />than two hundred (200) gallons monthly, in measuring such gasoline and motor vehicle fuel so sold; <br /> <br />(b) Selling fuel oil at retail in the County in quantities aggregating more than two hundred (200) <br />gallons monthly in measuring such fuel oil so sold; <br /> <br />(c) Selling liquid petroleum at retail in the County. <br /> <br /> It shall be the duty of the Supervisor at least annually and as much oitener as he may deem necessary, <br />to inspect and test, to ascertain if they are correct, the aforedescribed measuring devices or instmm~fies. <br /> <br />618.730 <br /> <br />Same - Regulations. <br /> <br /> The Supervisor of Weights and Measures may issue from time to time reasonable rules and <br />regulations concerning the manner in which the measuring devices described in Section 618.720 of this <br />chapter may be tested. <br /> <br />WTAO(Rev)-21 <br /> <br /> <br />
