02/19/68 <br /> <br />All fees and charges listed above for testing of scales shall include one set of weights <br />belon~ng to each scale; any additional set of weights shall be charged for at the rate <br />of $0.50 per set. <br /> <br />618.480 Weight Certificate Issued by Bonded Weighmasters - Required: Regulatiogs as to Use. (I) <br />Each bonded weighmaster, as provided for in Section 618.450, shall be issued a weighmasters <br />number by the Supervisor. <br /> <br />(2) Each Bonded Weighmaster shall issue his certificate for all weights of commodities weighed <br />by him. The bonded Weighmaster's certificates shall be numbered in numerical order, shall have <br />the Weighmastet's number, the Weights and Measures Seal of St. Louis County, and the words <br />weigher of this scale has filed a bond with St. Louis County" printed thereon, and shall provide a <br />space for the signature of the Bonded Weighmaster issuing the certificate. If the certificate signed <br />by the bonded weighmaster shall be found in the possession of the driver or the pexson to the put- <br />chaser, it shall be considered prima facie evidence that the certificate was issued and delivexed by <br />the bonded weighmaster. A copy of the issued certificate shall be kept by the Bonded Weighnutster. <br /> <br />(3) For the regulation of Bonded Weighmastem under this Chapter, there shall be charged by the <br />County the sum of Two Cents ($0.02) for each sealed certificate issued by the bonded <br />The bonded weighmaster shall keep accurate records of all certificates ofweigh~ ~ by him <br />and shall tra~mit or have transmitted to the Supervisor on the first business day ofeacJa month a <br />notarized statement of the number of certificates of weighing issued by the bonded Weighmaster <br />during the preceding month.
