Each licen.;ee may operate one yard and if desired. a separate sales office, which must be <br />operated under the identical name and ownership. <br /> <br />618.700 Licensee's Name on Vchicles. Each vehicle used for the delivery of solid fuels shall display <br />on both sides of the vehicle the name of the licensec, which shall be printed in plain figures and letters not <br />less than three (3) inches in height, and shall be kept in such condition as to be easily distinguishable and <br />readable at a distance of at least sixty (60) feet at all times. <br /> <br />618.710 Licenses, Cost of. The Supervisor of Weights and Measures shall procure the necessary <br />license application blanks and license forms for the licensing of any person, fu'm or corporation engaged in <br />the solid fuel business in St. Louis County. The fee for issuing a license shall be twenty-five dollars <br />($25.00) for the original license and twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for all renewals thereof. Each license must <br />be renewed annually. <br /> <br />618.720 Gasoline, Fuel Oil and Liquid Petroleum Measuring Devices To Be Tested, How Often. <br />The Supervisor of Weights and Measures shall have the power to inspect and test, to ascertain if they are <br />correct, all measuring devices or other instrumentalitites used by any person, f'u'm or corporation: <br /> <br />(a) Selling Gasoline and motor vehicle fuels at retail in the County in quantities aggregating more than <br />two hundred (200) gallons monthly, in measuring such gasoline and motor vehicle fuel so sold; <br /> <br />(b) Selling fuel oil at retail in the County in quantifies aggregating more than two hundred (200) gallons <br />monthly in measuring such fuel oil so sold; <br /> <br />(c) Selling liquid petroleum at retail in the County. <br /> <br />It shall be the duty of the Supervisor at least annually and as much oftener as he may deem necessary, to <br />inspect and test, to ascertain if they are correct, the aforedescribed measuring devices or instmmentalifies. <br /> <br />618.730 Same, Regulations. The Supervisor of Weights and Measures may issue from time to time <br />reasonable rules and regulations concerning the manner in which the measuring devices described in Section <br />618.720 of this chapter may be tested. <br /> <br />618.740 Same, Sealing of Said Measuring Devices. The Supervisor of Weights and Measures shall <br />cause to be sealed or marked with appropriate devices, all measuring devices described in Section 618.720 <br />of this chapter in the same manner and under the same terms as are prescribed in Section 618.140 of this <br />chapter. <br /> <br />WTAO-20 <br /> <br /> <br />
