BILL NO. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE' NO. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF <br />THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLES AND <br />TRAFFIC BY ENACTING THEREIN A NEW SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS <br />"SECTION 21-175. THROUGH TRUCK TRAFFIC PROHIBITED ON CERTAIN <br />STREETS;" AND PROVIDING A PENALTY. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY <br />MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Chapter 21 of the Municipal Code of the City of University City, Missouri, <br />relating to motor vehicles and traffic, is hereby amended by enacting therein a new section to be <br />known as "Section 21-175. Through truck traffic prohibited on certain streets," reading as follows: <br /> <br />Section 21-175. Through truck traffic prohibited on certain streets. <br /> <br />Through truck traffic is prohibited on the following streets: <br /> Etzel Avenue: From Sutter Avenue to Pennsylvania Avenue. <br /> Kingsland Avenue: From Olive Boulevard to north city limits. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
