Said property at 8638 Barby Lane and 8640, 8644, 8645, 8648, 8649, 8653 and 8656 West Kingsbury Avenue is more fully described as follows: A tract of land being Lot 22 of Barby Lane, recorded in Plat Book 61, Page 30, and all of Lots 6, 7, 19 and part of Lot 5 and 18 of Boschert's Addition to Clayton, recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 37 and part of West Kingsbury Avenue, 40' wide, in Sections 8 and 9, Township 45 North, Range 6 East, University City, St. Louis County, Missouri, and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest comer of Lot 1 of One McKnight Place, thence along the South line of said Lots 5, 6, and 7 of Boschert's Addition to Clayton, North 89045'03" West 249.81 feet to the centerline of said Lot 5; thence along the centerline of said Lot 5 North 00059'23" East 186.22 feet to the South line of West Kingsbury Avenue, 40 feet wide; thence along the South line of said West Kingsbury Avenue South 89037'42" East 49.96 feet to the Southern prolongation of the West line of Lot 19 of Boschert's Addition to Clayton; thence along said prolongation and centerline of Lot 19 North 00059'23" East 235.00 feet to the North line of said Lot 19; thence along the North line of Lot 19 South 89037'42" East 99.86 feet to the Southwest comer of Lot 22 of Barby Lane, a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 61, Page 30; thence along the West line of said Lot 22 North 00059'23" East 195.00 feet to the South line of Barby Lane, 50 feet wide; thence South 89037'42" East 66.67 feet to the Northeast comer of said Lot 22; thence along the East line of Lot 22 South 00059'23" West 195.00 feet to its Southesast comer; thence along the South line of Lot 22 North 89 °37'42" West 16.65 feet to the centerline of said Lot 18; thence along the centerline of said Lot 18 South 00 °59'23" West 195.00 feet to the North line of West Kingsbury Avenue, 40 feet wide; thence along the North line of said West Kingsbury Avenue South 89037'42" East 49.96 feet to the Northern prolongation of the West line of said Lot 1 of One McKnight Place; thence along said Northern prolongation and the West line of said Lot 1 South 00059'23" West 225.69 feet to the point of beginning, and containing 2.21 acres±. Section 3. The new Official Zoning Map of the City is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and made a part hereof. Section 4. This ordinance shall not be construed so as to relieve any person, firm or corporation from any penalty incurred by the violation of Chapter 34, nor bar the prosecution of any such violation. Section 5. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalties provided in Chapter 34 and in Chapter 1, Section 1-8 of the Municipal Code of the City of University City.
