accumulation not to exceed 480 hours. Hours worked, including vacation hours, <br />between 204 and 216 hours, in any one cycle shall be compensated for, in addition <br />their regular rate, at one-half (¼) of that employee's regular hourly rate. <br /> <br /> Section 3. A) From and after June 26, 1996, initially payable July 12, 1996, Fire <br />Captains, Paramedic Fire Captains, Firefighters, and Paramedic Firefighters shall <br />receive compensation for ten (10) years consecutive City service, excepting military <br />leave of absence, in their present classification in the following amounts, from the <br />eleventh (1 lth) year through the fifteenth (15th) year: <br /> <br />In Pay Grade Monthly Amount <br />11A Firefighters $65 <br />11 M Paramedic Firefighters $65 <br />16A Fire Captains $74 <br />16M Paramedic Fire Captains $74 <br /> <br /> B) From and after June 26th, 1996, initially payable July 12, 1996, Fire Captains, <br />Paramedic Fire Captains, Firefighters and Paramedic Firefighters shall receive <br />compensation for fifteen (15) years consecutive City service, excepting military leave of <br />absence, in their present classification in the following amounts, from the sixteenth <br />(16th) year through the twentieth (20th) year: <br /> <br />In Pay Grade Monthly Amount <br />11A Firefighters $114 <br />11M Paramedic Firefighters $114 <br />16A Fire Captains $132 <br />16M Paramedic Fire Captains $132 <br /> <br /> C) From and after June 26th, 1996, initially payable July 12, 1996, Fire <br />Captains, Paramedic Fire Captains, Firefighters and Paramedic Firefighters shall <br />receive compensation for twenty (20) years of consecutive City service, excepting <br />military leave of absence, in their present classification in the following amounts, from <br />the twenty-first (21 st) year: <br /> <br />In Pay Grade Monthly Amount <br />11A Firefighters $144 <br />11 M Paramedic Firefighters $144 <br />16A Fire Captains $151 <br />16M Paramedic Fire Captains $151 <br /> <br />For the purpose of calculating consecutive service in this section, time served in the <br />classifications of Firefighter and Paramedic Firefighter are combined for the same <br />person. Likewise, the classifications of Fire Captains and Paramedic Fire Captains are <br />combined for the same person. <br /> <br /> <br />
