All electric service hereunder shall be supplied by Company and paid for by the City under, and shall be subject to the terms and conditions of Company's tariffs, including without limitation its applicable races, sereice classifications, riders, and general rules and reg~Jlations on file with the -Public S._~rvice Corr~nission of the State of Missouri. This contract, including Company's tariffs, shall be subject aC all times ~o review, control, change, ~d re~lation by the Public Service Co~ission of the State of Missouri in accord~ce with law. Copies of the service classifications and rates in effect at the incepcion of this contract and applicable to the initial service City hereunder are attached hereto as Appendix 2 and are made a part hereof.
