The southem parcel is 10 feet wide and 142 feet long, and extends from the north right-of- <br />way line of Chamberlain Avenue, 60 feet wide, northwardly to the south right-of-way line <br />of an alley 15 feet wide. It is bounded on the east side by the west line of lot 50 of the above <br />subdivision, and is bounded on the west side by the east line of lot 49 of the above <br />subdivision, l'he parcel contains an area of approximately 0.033 acres. All existing utility <br />easements within this parcel shall remain in effect. <br /> <br /> Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to have this ordinance recorded in the office <br />of the Recorder of Deeds of St. Louis County, Missouri. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
