BILL NO. ~)"_~'~ ORDINANCE NO. ~2o >______ AN ORDIN ~kNCE AMENDING CHAPTER 10.36 OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO REGULATIONS FOR SPECIFIC STREETS, BY REPEALING SECTION 10.36.150 THEREOF, RELATING TO LEFT TURNS PROHIBITED ON CERTAIN STREETS AT ALL TIMES OR DURING DESIGNATED HOURS, AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SEC~I'ION TO BE KNOWN AS "SECTION 10.36.150 LEFT TURNS PROHIBITED ON CERTAIN STREETS AT ALL TIMES OR DURING DESIGNAT £D HOURS," THEREBY AMENDING SAID SECTION SO AS TO REMOVE T HE PROHIBITION ON LEFT TURNS ON GAY AVENUE AT OLD BONHOMME ROAD BETWEEN THE HOURS OF FOUR P.M. AND SIX P.M.; CONTAINI]? IG A SAVING CLAUSE AND PROVIDING A PENALTY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Chapter 10.36 of the University City Municipal Code, relating to regulations for specific streets, is hereby amended by repealing Section 10.36.150 thereof, relating to left turns prohibited on certain streets at all times or during designated hours, and enacting in lieu thereof a new section to be kn(,wn as "Section 10.36.150 Left turns prohibited on certain streets at all times or during designated hours;" so that said section, as amended, shall read as follows: 10.36.150 Left turns prohibited on certain streets at all times or during designated hours. It is unlawful for the driver of any vehicle to turn such vehicle to the left on the following streets: Big Bend Boulevard at Northmoor Drive. Northbound vehicles on Big Bend Boulevard at Northmoor Dr Eve. Big Bend Boulevard ~t Pershing Avenue. Northbound vehicles on Big Bend Boulevard at the intersection with Pershing Avenue between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and'9:00 a.m. and between the hours of 4 00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on all days except Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays. Big Bend Boulevard at UniversityDrive. All vehicles entering Big Bend Boulevard from University Drive between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. on all days except Saturdays, Sundays and national h(,lidays. Delmar Boulevard near l-170. Northbound vehicles onto Delmar Boulevard from the private road on the south sic e of Delmar Boulevard, 201 feet east of the I-170 bridge abutment, between the hours of 4:*)0 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on all days except Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays.
