From and after April 20, 1983, all full-time employees shall have their hourly rate computed as follows: 1. The hourly rate for all full-time employees who, according to Section 4, have a set or average work week of 40 hours, shall have their hourly rate computed by multiplying the monthly rate by 12, dividing that product by 2,080. 2.
