Zoning Map, thereby amending the Official Zoning Map so as to change the classification of <br />property at 500, 514 and 518 North and South Boulevard from Planned Development -Residential <br />("PD-R") to High Density Residential District ("HR"), and so as to change the classification of <br />property at 522, 524, 528, 530, 536, 540 and 546 North and South Boulevard from Single Family <br />Residential District ("SR") to High Density Residential District ("HR"). <br /> <br /> Section 2. Said property at 500, 514, 518, 522, 524, 528, 530, 536, 540 and 546 North <br />& South Boulevard is more fully described as follows: <br /> <br />Lots, 1,2,3 (500), Lot 4 (514), Lot 5 (518), Lot 6 (522) Lot 7 (524), Lot 8 (528), Lot <br />9 (530), Lot 10 (536), Lot 11 (540), and Lot 12 (546) in Block 4 of Delmar Heights, <br />a subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded <br />in Plat Book 14, pages 34 and 35 of the St. Louis County Records. <br /> <br /> Section 3. The new Official Zoning Map of the City is attached hereto, marked Exhibit <br />"A", and made a part hereof. <br /> <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall not be construed so as to relieve any person, firm or <br />corporation from an> penalty incurred by the violation of Chapter 34, nor bar the prosecution of any <br />such violation. <br /> <br /> Section 5.
