likely to cause damage, injuries or nuisances to the public; and shall at all <br />times comply with the National Electrical Safety Code of the American <br />Standards Institute, the National Electrical Code of the National Fire <br />Protection Association, and all other applicable ordinances, statutes, <br />regulations and laws in effect. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />Install and maintain the Facilities in accordance with the requirements of the <br />City Director of Public Works and all other applicable ordinances and <br />regulations of the City affecting such installations as may be presently in effect <br />or changed by future ordinances, in such manner that they will not interfere <br />with any installation of the City or of a public utility serving the City. <br /> <br />(C) <br /> <br />At all times keep and maintain the Facilities in a safe, suitable, substantial <br />condition and in good order and repair in compliance with the National <br />Electrical Safety Code of the American Standards Association, the National <br />Electrical Code of the National Fire Protection Association, and all other <br />applicable ordinances, statutes, regulations and laws. <br /> <br />(d) At all times maintain sufficient employees and resources to provide safe, <br /> adequate and prompt service for the Facilities. <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />In connection with the Maintenance of the Facilities, comply with all <br />reasonable directions of the City Director of Public Works, who shall have the <br />fight to full access to all portions of the Facilities; provided, however, that the <br />Director shall first provide NEXTLINK reasonable notice prior to such access <br />and shall allow a NEXTLINK employee or agent to accompany the Director at <br />the time of such access. <br /> <br />5. Safety and Damage Prevention of Underground Facilities. <br /> <br />NEXTLINK shall: <br /> <br /> (a) Within thirty (30) days after the date of this Agreement, file with the City <br />Director of Public Works the identity by job title, address and telephone number of the person to <br />which telephonic or written inquiry may be directed concerning the location of any underground <br />Facilities. <br /> <br />-3- <br /> <br /> <br />
