shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed one hundred dollars. <br /> <br />10. 16.120 Other processions. <br /> <br />No driver of a vehicle shall drive between the vehicles comprising an authorized <br />procession while they are in motion and when such vehicles are conspicuously <br />designated as required by law. This provision shall not apply at intersections where <br />traffic is controlled by traffic signals or police officers. <br /> <br />Each driver in a procession shall drive as near to the righthand edge of the roadway <br />as practicable and shall follow the vehicle ahead as close as is practicable and safe. <br /> <br /> Section 2. This ordinance shall not be construed so as to relieve any person, firm or <br />corporation from any penalty heretofore incurred by the violation of Section 10. 16.110 or Section <br />10. 16.120, nor bar the prosecution for any such violation. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
