BILL NO. <br /> <br />O IN CE No. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ANtENDING CHAPTER 10.44 OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY <br />MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON SPECIFIC <br />STREET S, B Y REPEALING SECTION 10.44.010 THEREOF, RELATING TO PARKING <br />PROHIBITED ON CERTAIN STREETS AT ALL TIMES, AND ENACTING IN LIEU <br />THEREOF A NEW SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS "SECTION 10.44.010 PARKING <br />PROHIBITED ON CERTAIN STREETS AT ALL TIMES," THEREBY AMENDING <br />SAK) SECTIONS SO AS TO PROHIBIT PARKING AT ALL TIMES ON THE EAST <br />SIDE OF MCKNIGHT ROAD FROM BERICK DRIVE TO A POINT 59 FEET SOUTH <br />THEREOF; CONTAINING A SAVING CLAUSE AND PROVIDING A PENALTY. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, <br />MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Section 10.44 of the University City Municipal Code, relating to parking <br />restrictions on specific streets, i s hereby amended by repealing Section 10.44.010 thereof, relating to parking <br />pr~hibited~ncertainstreetsata~~times~andenactingin~ieuthere~fanewsecti~nt~bekn~wnas''Se~ti~n <br />10.44.010 Parking prohibited on certain streets at all times "; so that said section, as so amended, shall read <br />as follows: <br /> <br />10.44.010 Parking prohibited on certain streets at all times. <br /> The following streets or parts of streets are designated as places where the parking of vehicles is <br />prohibited at all times: <br /> Alley North of Loop Noah: Both sides thereof from the first alley east of Kingsland Avenue to <br />Leland Avenue. <br /> Appleton Drive: North side from the east curb of Tamerton Avenue eastwardly for a distance of <br />sixty (60) feet. <br /> Asbury Avenue: East side thereof between Northmoor Drive and Forsyth Boulevard. <br /> Amherst Avenue: Along the perimeter of the triangular island at the intersection of Midland <br />Boulevard and Pennsylvania Avenue. <br /> Big Bend Boulevard: Both sides, from the south city limits to Forsyth Boulevard, and from Lindell <br />Boulevard northwardly to Millbrook Boulevard. <br /> Blackberry Place: On the west side thereof from Shaftesbury Avenue to Blackberry Avenue. <br /> Bland Drive: West side thereof between Northmoor Drive and Forsyth Boulevard. <br /> Batch Lane eul-de-sac: From a point on the west side of the Burch Lane cul-de-sac forty-two (42) <br />feet north of the drive in front of 1169 Burch Lane, extending along the north and east sides of the cul-de-sac <br />to the frontage at 1156 Burch Lane. <br /> Canton Avenue: North side thereof between Partridge Avenue and Pennsylvania Avenue. <br /> Center Drive: Both sides thereof and both sides of the median strip from Cannon Avenue to <br />Amherst Avenue. <br /> Chamberlain Avenue: At the west end of the 7400 block thereof, being approximately fifty (50) <br />feet in length and in the straight portion of the cul-de-sac adjacent to the River des Peres charmel. South side <br />thereof from Midland Avenue to the cul-de-sac adjacent to the River des Peres channel. <br /> Clemens Avenue: North side thereof from Westgate Avenue east to Interdrive Walk. <br /> Cornell Avenue: South curb of the north leg thereof from Jackson Avenue west for a distance of <br />two hundred (200) feet, more or less. <br /> Delmar Boulevard--Noah Side: From a point two hundred ninety-five (295) feet west of North <br /> <br /> <br />
