Shaftesbury Avenue: On the north side thereof on the first Tuesday of the month, and on the south <br />side thereof on the first Thursday of the month, from Purdue Avenue to Wilson Avenue, between the hours <br />of seven-thirty a.m. and eight-thirty a.m. <br /> Stratford Avenue: On both sides thereof between Hanley Road and the walkway abutting the east <br />line of 7466 Stratford between the hours of nine a.m. and eleven a.m., except Saturday, Sunday and holidays. <br /> Syracuse Avenue: On the east side thereof on Wednesday only and on the west side thereof on <br />Monday only, from Enright Avenue to Clemens Avenue, between the hours of nine a.m. and twelve noon. <br /> Sutter Avenue: <br /> On the west side thereof from Bartmer Avenue to the alley north thereof between the hours of eight <br />a.m. and one p.m. on Sunday only. <br /> On the east side thereof beginning at a point forty (40) feet north of the vacated alley to Bartmer <br />Industrial Drive, between the hours of seven a.m. and six p.m. Monday through Friday. <br /> On both sides thereof from Olive Boulevard to Julian Avenue between the hours of one p.m. and four <br />p.m. on the first Monday of the month <br /> Trinity Avenue: On the east side of the West leg of Trinity Avenue from Delmar Boulevard to a <br />point eighty (80) feet south of Delmar Boulevard between the hours of eight a.m. and six p.m. on every day <br />of the week except Saturday, Sunday and holidays. University Drive: <br /> On the north side thereof from Hanley Road to Jackson Avenue between the hours of nine a.m. and <br />eleven a.m. on every day of the week except Saturday, Sunday and holidays. <br /> On the south side thereof for a distance of two hundred thirty-five (235) feet eastward, more or less, <br />from the east line of Hanley Road, between the hours of nine a.m. and eleven a.m., except Saturday, Sunday <br />and holidays. <br /> Vernon Avenue: On the north side thereof from a point five hundred (500) feet west of Ferguson <br />to 661h Street, between the hours of four p.m. and six p.m. on every day of the week except Sunday and <br />holidays. <br /> Washington Avenue: On the north side thereof on Wednesday only and on the south side thereof <br />on Monday only, from Trinity Avenue to Melville Avenue, between the hours of nine a.m. and twelve noon. <br /> Westgate Avenue: On the east side thereof on Wednesday only and on the west thereof on Monday <br />only, from Delmar Boulevard to Olive Boulevard, between the hours of nine a.m. and twelve noon. <br /> Westmoreland Drive: On both sides from Big Bend Boulevard to Wiliiams Avenue between the <br />hours of ten a.m. and two p.m. on every day of the week except Saturday, Sunday and holidays. <br /> West Point Court: On both sides thereof from University Drive to Pershing Avenue between the <br />hours of nine a.m. and eleven a.m. on every day of the week except Saturday and Sunday. This ordinance shall not be construed so as to relieve any person, finn or <br />corporation from any penalty heretofore incurred by the violation of Chapter 10.44, Section <br />10.44,020, nor bar the prosecution for any such violation. <br /> <br /> Section 3. Any person, finn or corporation violating any of the provisions of this ordinance <br />shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalty provided in Chapter 1.12, Section I. 12.010 <br />of the University City Municipal Code. <br /> <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage as <br />provided by law. <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br /> <br />
