Sn,L No. O oRDIN cE No. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 10.44 OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO PARK1NG RESTRICTIONS ON SPECIFIC STREETS, B Y REPEALING SECTION 10.44.010 THEREOF, RELATING TO PARKING PROHIBITED ON CERTAIN STREETS AT ALL TIMES, AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS "SECTION 10.44.010 PARKING PROHIBHED ON CERTAIN STREETS AT ALL TIMES," THEREBY AMENDING SAID SECTION SO AS TO PROHIBIT PARKING AT ALL TIMES ON THE EAST SIDE OF EIGHTY-FIRST STREET FROM THE SOUTHERNMOST LINE OF NOB HILL TO A POINT 64.2 SOUTH THEREOF; CONTAINING A SAVING CLAUSE AND PROVIDING A PENALTY. BE IT ORDAINrED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 10.44 of the University City Municipal Code, relating to parking restrictions on specific streets, is hereby amended by repealing Section 10.44.0 10 thereof, relating to parking prohibited on certain streets at all times, and enacting in lieu thereof a new section to be known as "Section 10.44.010 Parking prohibited on certain streets at all times "; so that said section, as so amended, shall read as follows: 10.44.010 Parking prohibited on certain streets at all times. The following streets or parts of streets are designated as places where the parking of vehicles is prohibited at all times: Alley North of Loop North: Both sides thereof from the furst alley east of Kingsland Avenue to Leland Avenue. Appleton Drive: North side from the east curb of Tamerton Avenue eastwardly for a distance of sixty (60) feet. Asbury Avenue: East side thereof between Northmoor Drive and Forsyth Boulevard. Amherst Avenue: Along the perimeter of the triangular island at the intersection of Midland Boulevard and Pennsylvania Avenue. Big Bend Boulevard: Both sides, from the south city limits to Forsyth Boulevard, and from Lindell Boulevard northwardly to Millbrook Boulevard. Blackberry Place: On the west side thereof from Shaftesbury Avenue to Blackberry Avenue. Bland Drive: West side thereof between Northmoor Drive and Forsyth Boulevard. Burch Lane cul-de-sac: From a point on the west side of the Burch Lane cul-de-sac forty-two (42) feet north of the drive in front of 1169 Burch Lane, extending along the north and east sides of the cul-de-sac to the frontage at 1156 Burch Lane. Canton Avenue: North side thereof between Partridge Avenue and Pennsylvania Avenue. Center Drive: Both sides thereof and both sides of the median strip from Gannon Avenue to Amherst Avenue. Chamberlain Avenue: At the west end of the 7400 block thereof, being approximately fifty (50) feet in length and in the straight portion of the cul-de-sac adjacent to the River des Peres channel. South side thereof from Midland Avenue to the cul-de-sac adjacent to the River des Peres channel. Clemens Avenue: North side thereof from Westgate Avenue east to Interdrive Walk. Cornell Avenue: South curb of the north leg thereof from Jackson Avenue west for a distance of two hundred (200) feet, more or less.
