SILL NO. _ag_kL O rNANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDMSION PLAT OF A TRACT OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS LOT 1 OF CLAYIVIONT PLACE AND LOCATED AT 500-546 NORTH AND SOUTH BOULEVARD. WHEREAS, Fischer & Frichtel submitted for approval a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as Lot 1 of Claymont Place located at 500-546 North and South Boulevard, University City, Missouri; and WHEREAS, at its meeting on December 9, 1999, the University City Plan Commission approved a preliminary subdivision plat of said land; and WHEREAS, at its meeting on February 29, 2000, the University City Plan Commission reviewed the final subdivision plat, determined that the final plat is in substantial compliance with the approved preliminary plat, and recommended to the City Council of University City approval of the final plat; and WHEREAS, the final subdivision plat application, including all required documents and information submitted therewith, is before the City Council for its consideration. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Attached, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof is a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as Lot 1 of Claymont Place and located at 500-546 North and South Boulevard, University City, St. Louis County, Missouri. The final subdivision plat consolidates lots known as Lots I through 12 of Block 4 of Delmar Heights and located at 500-546 North and South Boulevard, into one lot. Section 2. It is hereby found and determined that the final subdivision plat is in full compliance with the University City Municipal Code, including Section 16-12.240 thereof. Accordingly, the final subdivision plat marked Exhibit "A" is hereby approve& Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to endorse upon the final subdivision plat the approval of the City Council under the hand of the City Clerk and the Seal of University City.
