O. RFP. <br /> <br />"RFP" stands for request for proposal. <br /> <br />P. Sale. <br /> <br />"Sale" shall mean any sale, exchange, or barter transaction. <br /> <br />Q. Service Interruption. <br /> <br /> "Service Interruption" means the loss of picture or sound on one or more cable <br />channels. <br /> <br />R. Subscriber. <br /> <br /> "Subscribed' shall mean any Person who legally receives any service delivered over <br />a Cable System with the Franchisee's permission and the City in its capacity as a recipient <br />of such service. <br /> <br />S. User. <br /> <br /> "User' shall mean a Person utilizing part or all of a Cable System for purposes of <br />producing or transmitting Video Programming or other Programming services as <br />contrasted with the receipt thereof in the capacity of a Subscriber. <br /> <br />T. Complaint. <br /> <br /> "Complaint" shall mean a notice of dissatisfaction by a Subscriber about services <br />or operations of the Franchisee that requires a service call or that is made in writing, and <br />shall exclude requests for additional channels or programming. <br /> <br />U. Standard Insta/lation. <br /> <br /> "Standard Installation" shall mean a residential installation that is located up to 125 <br />feet from the existing distribution system, but shall not include any bulk or multiple dwelling <br />installation where the Franchisee is required to have Right of Entry from someone other <br />than the prospective Subscriber. <br /> <br /> <br />
