AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A TRACT <br />OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS LOTS A AND B OF BLOCK 12 OF DARSTDALE <br />SUBDIVISION. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Meyer Company, Inc. submitted for approval a final subdivision plat of a <br />tract of land to be known as Lots A and B of Block 12 of Darstdale Subdivision in University City, <br />Missouri; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting on April 26, 2000, the University City Plan Commission reviewed <br />the final subdivision plat and recommended to the City Council of University City approval of the <br />final plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the final subdivision plat application, including all required documents and <br />information, is before the City Council for its consideration. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section I. Attached, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof is a final subdivision <br />plat of a tract of land to be known as Lots A and B of Block 12 of Darstdale Subdivision in <br />University City, St. Louis County, Missouri. The final subdivision plat consolidates lots known as <br />Lots 7,8 and 9 of Block 12 of Darstdale Subdivision and located at 8511, 8515 and 8517 Kempland <br />Place, into two lots. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is hereby found and determined that the final subdivision plat is in full <br />compliance with the University City Municipal Code, including Section 16.12.240 thereof. <br />Accordingly, the final subdivision plat marked Exhibit "A" is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to endorse upon the final subdivision plat <br />the approval of the City Council under the hand of the City Clerk and the seal of University City. <br /> <br /> Section 4. <br />provided by law. <br /> <br />PASSED this <br /> <br />This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage as <br /> <br /> ,/5 d /' ,2000. <br /> <br /> MAYOR <br /> <br /> <br />
