AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A TRACT OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS LOTS A AND B OF BLOCK 12 OF DARSTDALE SUBDIVISION. WHEREAS, the Meyer Company, Inc. submitted for approval a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as Lots A and B of Block 12 of Darstdale Subdivision in University City, Missouri; and WHEREAS, at its meeting on April 26, 2000, the University City Plan Commission reviewed the final subdivision plat and recommended to the City Council of University City approval of the final plat; and WHEREAS, the final subdivision plat application, including all required documents and information, is before the City Council for its consideration. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section I. Attached, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof is a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as Lots A and B of Block 12 of Darstdale Subdivision in University City, St. Louis County, Missouri. The final subdivision plat consolidates lots known as Lots 7,8 and 9 of Block 12 of Darstdale Subdivision and located at 8511, 8515 and 8517 Kempland Place, into two lots. Section 2. It is hereby found and determined that the final subdivision plat is in full compliance with the University City Municipal Code, including Section 16.12.240 thereof. Accordingly, the final subdivision plat marked Exhibit "A" is hereby approved. Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to endorse upon the final subdivision plat the approval of the City Council under the hand of the City Clerk and the seal of University City.
