AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 34 OF UNIVERSITY CITY MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO ZONING BY REPEALING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP ILLUSTRATING THE ZONING DISTRICTS ESTABLISHED PURSUANT TO SECTION 34-22 THEREOF, AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW OFFICIAL ZONING MAP, THEREBY AMENDING SAID MAP SO AS TO CHANGE THE CLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY AT 539 AND 543 NORTH AND SOUTH BOULEVARD FROM SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT CSR") TO LIMITED RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT CLR"); CONTAINING A SAVING CLAUSE AND PROVIDING A PENALTY. WHEREAS, Chapter 34 of the University City Municipal Code divides the City of University City (City) into several zoning districts, and regulates the character of buildings which may be erected in said districts, and the uses to which the buildings and premises located therein may be put; and WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission examined an amendment of the Official Zoning Map of the City which changes the classification of property at 539 and 543 North and South Boulevard from Single-Family Residential District CSR") to Limited Residential District CLR"); and WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission, in a meeting held at City Hall on May 24,2000 at 7:30 p.m., approved said amendment and recommended to the City Council that it be enacted into an ordinance; and WHEREAS, due notice of a public hearing, to be held by the City Council in the City Council Chambers at City Hall on July 10, 2000 at 7:30 p.m., was duly published in the St. Louis Countian, a newspaper of general circulation within said City, on June 20, 2000; and WHEREAS, said public hearing was held at the time and place specified in said notice, and all suggestions or objections concerning said amendment were duly heard and considered by the City Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT 0RDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Chapter 34 of the University City Municipal Code, relating to zoning, is hereby amended by repealing the Official Zoning Map illustrating the zoning districts established pursuant to Section 34-22 thereof, and enacting in lieu thereof a new Official Zoning Map, thereby amending the Official Zoning Map so as to change the classification of property at 539 and 543 Noah and South Boulevard from Single-Family Residential District CSR") to Limited Residential District CLR"). Section 2. Said property at 539 and 543 North and South Boulevard is more fully described as follows: Lots 8 (543 North and South) and 9 (539 Noah and South) in Block 2 of New Delmar Heights, a subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri, situated in U.S. Survey 2033 Township 45 North Range 6 East. City of University City, County of St. Louis, Missouri. The above described tract having St. Louis County locator numbers of 18K621187 (539
