Bq<g3 ORDINANCE NO. {l~a {0~}- AN ORDNANCE APPROV1NG A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A TRACT OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS LOT 1 OF BLOCK 15 OF UNIVERSITY HILLS SUBDIVISION AND LOCATED AT 7393-7399 PERSHING AVENUE, THEREBY APPROVING THE CONSOLIDATION OF FOUR LOTS INTO ONE LOTAND THE CREATION OF A CONDOMINIUM FORM OF OWNERSHIP OF THE PROPERTY. WHEREAS, Pershing Jackson Properties, L.L.C. submitted for approval of a final subdivision plat of a tract offand to be known as Lot 1 of Block 15 of University Hills Subdivision in University City, St. Louis County, Missouri; and WHEREAS, at its meeting on June 28, 2000, the University City Plan Commission reviewed the final subdivision plat and recommended to the City Council of University City approval of the final plat; and WHEREAS, the final subdivision plat application, including all required documents and information, is before the City Council for its consideration. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Sectionl. Attached, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof is a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as Lot 1 of Block 15 of University Hills Subdivision and located at 7393, 7395, 7397, and 7399 Pershing Avenue in University City, St Louis County, Missouri. The final plat consolidates lots known as Lots 1 through 4 of Block 15 of University Hills Subdivision and located at 7393, 7395, 7397 and 7399 Pershing, into one lot, and creates a condominium form o f ownership of the property. Section 2~ It is hereby found and determined that the final subdivision plat is in full compliance with the University City Municipal Code, including Section 16.12.240 thereof. Accordingly, the final subdivision plat marked Exhibit "A" is hereby approved. Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to endorse upon the final subdivision plat the approval of the City Council under the hand of the City Clerk and the seal of University City. Section 4. provided by law. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage as ,2000.
