ORDINANCE NO. ~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, ON BEHALF OF <br />THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, TO ENTER INTO AND EXECUTE AN <br />AGREEMENT WITH THE MISSOURI HIGHWAYS AND TRANSPORTATION <br />COMMISSION WHICH PROVIDES THAT THE CITY SHALL RECEIVE <br />GRANT FUNDS FOR THE COSTS TO REPLACE A BRIDGE ON 82Nv <br />BOULEVARD 300 FEET NORTH OF OLIVE BOULEVARD. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, <br />MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. The City Manager, on behalf of the City of University City, Missouri, is <br />hereby authorized and directed to enter into and execute the attached "Missouri Highways and <br />Transportation Commission On-System Bridge Replacement and Rehabilitation Program <br />Agreement," which is marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof. <br /> <br /> Section 2. <br />provided by law. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage as <br /> <br />PASSED this /( day ~ )~4/~'~r/ ,2000. <br /> <br /> <br />
