BILL NO. 4q.9-, ORDINANCENO./a ,f f AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A TRACT OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS TEASDALE CONDOM1NIUMS AND LOCATED AT 7832-34 DELMAR (EVEN). WHEREAS, on August 3, 2000, Teasdale Parmers, L .C . represented by attorney, Jeffrey Igou of Helfrey, Simon & Jones, P.C. submitted for approval a final subdivision plat of a tract offand to be known as Teasdale Condominiums located at 7832-34 Delmar (even), University City, Missouri; and WHEREAS, at its meeting on August 23, 2000, the University City Plan Commission reviewed the final subdivision plat, and recommended to the City Council of University City approval of the final plat; and WHEREAS, the final subdivision plat application, including all required documents and information submitted therewith, is before the City Council for its consideration. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Attached, marked Exhibit "B" and made a part hereof is a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as Teasdale Condominiurns and located at 7832-34 Delmar, University City, St. Louis County, Missouri. The final subdivision plat subdivides the 2-family dwelling into 2 condominium units at 7832-34 Delmar (even), thereby creating a condominium form of ownership. Section 2. It is hereby found and determined that the final subdivision plat is in full compliance with the University City Municipal Code, including Section 16.12.240 thereof. Accordingly, the final subdivision plat marked Exhibit "B" is hereby approve& Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to endorse upon the final subdivision plat the approval of the City Council under the hand of the City Clerk and the seal of University City.
