MISSOUts, I, AS FOLLO\VS: Section I Extension Of_[:IjancDis_e Term The terms of the cable television franchise granted by the ('ity ~o Continental Milch was transitfred to TCI Cable Partners of St. Louis is helebv extended so as to expire at 11259 pm. oil June 23, 2001. The cc, ntinued operation of the cable system b> TCICP shall be deemed consent to this extension. Section 2 Emergency Clause;_5jt'ective Date This is an emergency. An emergency exists because the fi'anchise '~ is due to expire belbre the City's next Council meeting.
