alter the nature or intent of the Plan. The Plan may be otherwise modified (e.g., urban design <br />regulations, development schedule) by the LCRA with consent of the Redeveloper. <br /> <br /> SECTION FOURTEEN. The sections of this Ordinance shall be severable.
