The disability benefit under this Section 2.62,090 shall be in <br /> addition to any benefit to which an employee is entitled upon retirement dr after leaving the <br /> service pursuant to Section 2.62.080. <br /> <br />8. Section 2.62.100 is deleted. <br /> <br />9. Section 2.62.110 is deleted. <br /> <br /> 10. Section 2.62.120(B) is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />B. The amount of benefit under Section 2.62.150 shall be reduced by the amount of monthly <br /> income paid under the workers' compensation law or attributed to the workers' <br /> compensation law. The board of trustees shall have full right to apply the provisions of <br /> the plan in such equitable manner as it determines. <br /> <br /> 11. Section 2.62.150, is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> 2.62.150 Retirement benefits generally--Schedule. <br /> <br />Subject to the offset provisions contained in Section 2.62.151, there shall be paid to each <br />employee found eligible to retire, and to the employee's spouse and children, as provided in <br />Sections 2.62.080, from this fund herein created, or by workers' compensation benefits or a <br />combination of both, when approved by the board of trustees, the following benefits: <br /> <br />A. To an employee retired on account of age and service as set forth in Section 2.62.080(A), <br /> a monthly benefit according to the employee' s attained age at his or her last birthday as <br /> follows: <br /> <br />A~e in Years <br /> <br /> Percentage of <br />Base Monthly Salary, <br /> <br />50 40% <br />51 44% <br />52 48% <br />53 52% <br />54 56% <br />55 or more 60% <br /> <br />To an employee retired after January 1, 1993, on account of age, length of service and <br />length of time in this fund, as set forth in Section 2.62.080(C), a monthly benefit <br />according to the following: <br /> <br />124253805 - 5 - <br /> <br /> <br />
