AN ORDNANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A TRACT <br />OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS SAXONY CONDOMINIUMS AND LOCATED <br />AT 8631 OLD BONHOMME. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on January 23, 2001, Saxony Development, L.C. submitted for approval a <br />final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as Saxony Condominiums located at 8631 <br />Old Bonhomme, University City, Missouri; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting on February 28, 2001, the University City Plan Commission <br />reviewed the final subdivision plat, determined that the final plat is in substantial compliance <br />with requirements of the Municipal Code of University City, and recommended to the City <br />Council of University City approval of the final plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the final subdivision plat application, including all required documents and <br />information submitted therewith, is before the City Council for its consideration. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Attached, marked Exhibit "B" and made a part hereof is a final <br />subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as Saxony Condominiums and located at 8631 Old <br />Bonhomme, University City, St. Louis County, Missouri. The final subdivision plat creates 21 <br />condominium units within the building located at 8631 Old Bonhomme. <br /> <br /> Section 2. It is hereby found and determined that the final subdivision plat is in full <br />compliance with the University City Municipal Code, including Section 16.12.240 thereof. <br />Accordingly, the final subdivision plat marked Exhibit "B" is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to endorse upon the final subdivision <br />plat the approval of the City Council under the hand of the City Clerk and the seal of University <br />City. <br /> <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage <br />as provided by law. <br /> <br />PASSED this ~ day of ~/~ <br /> <br /> <br />
