Said property at the rear (north) fifty (50) feet of 8655 West Kingsbury is more <br />fully described as follows: <br /> <br />A tract of land being part of Lot 20 of Boschert's Addition to Clayton, as recorded <br />in Plat Book 9 page 37 of the St. Louis County records and being more particularly <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 20 of Boschert's Addition to Clayton <br />also being the Northwest corner of Lot 1 of Gatesworth Addition, as recorded in <br />Plat Book 347 pages 410 and 411; thence along the East line of said Lot 20 of <br />Boschert's Addition to Clayton, South 00 degrees 59 minutes 23 seconds West <br />50.00 to a point; thence departing said East line North 89 degrees 37 minutes 42 <br />seconds West 99.91 feet to a point on the West line of aforesaid Lot 20 of <br />Boschert's Addition to Clayton, said point also being on the East line of Anthony <br />B. & Carolyn L. The new Official Zoning Map of the City is attached hereto, marked Exhibit <br />"A", and made a part hereof. <br /> <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall not be construed so as to relieve any person, fLrm or <br />corporation from any penalty incurred by the violation of Chapter 34, nor bar the prosecution <br />of any such violation. <br /> <br /> Section 5. Any person, finn, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this <br />ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalties provided in Chapter 34, <br />Section 34.115 of the Municipal Code of the City of University City. <br /> <br /> Section 6.
