roLL ¢Y5 oRDIN c / <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, ON BEHALF OF <br />THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, TO ENTER INTO AND EXECUTE AN <br />AGREEMENT WITH THE MISSOURI HIGHWAYS AND TRANSPORTATION <br />COMMISSION WHICH PROVIDES THAT THE CITY SHALL RECEIVE <br />GRANT FUNDS FOR TRANSPORTATION ENHANCEMENT ACTIVITIES ON <br />OLIVE BOULEVARD <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, <br />MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. The City Manager, on behalf of the City of University City, Missouri, is <br />hereby authorized and directed to enter into and execute the attached "Missouri Highways and <br />Transportation Commission Transportation Enhancement Funds Program Agreement," which is <br />attached marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
