(b) Commercial General Liability Insurance on an occurrence basis with <br />limits of liability not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 in the aggregate for <br />Personal Injury, Bodily Injury and Property Damage. Coverage shall include the following <br />extensions: <br /> <br />(1) Contractual Liability <br />(2) Products and Completed Operations <br />(3) Independent Contractors Coverage <br />(4) Broad Form General Liability Extensions or equivalent <br />(5) Coverage for X, C and U Hazards <br /> <br /> (c) Motor Vehicle Liability Coverage for all vehicles used in the performing <br />of the contract. Limits of Liability shall not be less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and <br />$2,000,000 in the aggregate for Bodily Injury and Property Damage. <br /> <br /> (d) Additional Insured. Commemial General Liability Insurance as described <br />above shall include an endorsement stating that the City, including all elected and appointed <br />officials, all employees and volunteers, all boards, commissions and/or authorities and their <br />board members, employees and volunteers, shall be an additional insured. <br /> <br /> (e) Cancellation Notice. Workers' Compensation Insurance, Commercial <br />General Liability Insurance, and Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance as described above shall <br />include an endorsement stating that thirty (30) days advance written notice of cancellation, <br />nonrenewal, reduction and/or material change shall be sent to: <br /> <br />City Manager <br />City of University City <br />6801 Delmar Boulevard <br />University City, MO 63130 <br /> <br /> (f) Proof of Insurance. If so requested by the City, Metropolitan and any of <br />its contractors hired by Metropolitan shall within thirty (30) days of such request provide the <br />City proof of the insurance required within this section. <br /> <br /> 17. Performance Bond.
