(SECTION PM-304.0 INTERIOR STRUCTURE) PM-304.3 Stair and walking surfaces: Every stair, ramp, landing, balcony, pomh, deck or other walking surface shall be maintained in sound condition and good repair, and shall comply with the provisions of section PM-702.9.
