Exceptions: <br /> <br />Processing, storage and operation areas that require cooling or special <br />temperature conditions. <br />Areas in which persons are primarily engaged in vigorous physical activities. <br /> <br />(SECTION PM-604.0 ELECTRICAL FACILITIES) <br /> <br />PM-604.2 Service: The size and usage of appliances and equipment shall serve as a basis for <br />determining the need for additional facilities in accordance with the NFPA 70 National <br />Electrical Code. Dwelling units shall be served by a three-wire, 120/240 volt, single phase <br />electrical service having a rating of not less than 60 amperes. <br /> <br />PM-604.3.1 Prohibited installations: The following are prohibited and their presence shall <br />be deemed a hazard: <br /> <br />Flush or semi-flush mounted floor receptacle outlets, unless it is an approved <br />floor receptacle. <br />Extension cords for other than short term temporary use. <br />Lamp cord used as permanent wiring. <br />Conductor supported pendant switches or conductor supported pendant <br />lighting fixtures. <br />Loose, hanging, frayed or bare wires. <br />Grounded-type receptacles which are improperly or inadequately grounded. <br />Ground-fault eireuit-imerrupter protection type receptacles and receptacles <br />marked as having ground-fault circuit-interrupter protection which do not <br />interrupt the circuit when the test button is actuated. <br /> <br />(SECTION PM-607.0 DUCT SYSTEMS) <br /> <br />PM-607.1 General - delete in its entirety. <br /> <br />(CHAPTER 7 FIRE SAFETY REQUIREMENTS) <br /> <br />24 <br /> <br /> <br />
